Electrical insulation
Electrical insulation with material and manufacturing support from prototype through repeat production.
FEP film Manufacturer · Direct Factory Supply
JIAFUXIN manufactures and supplies FEP film for industrial buyers that require flexible, transparent, chemically resistant and melt processable. Standard sizes, custom dimensions and drawing-based factory processing are available.
Engineering overview
Select FEP film by thickness tolerance, width, dielectric performance, surface treatment, winding and cleanliness. Final suitability depends on the complete operating environment and required service life.

Frequently asked questions
Confirm the resin or compound, manufacturing route, dimensional tolerance, inspection method and batch traceability. The drawing and service conditions should be reviewed before price becomes the deciding factor.
Send the required grade, dimensions, tolerance, quantity, operating temperature, chemical media, mechanical load, documentation and delivery destination. Photos or drawings help prevent quotation assumptions.
Custom dimensions and secondary processing can be reviewed from a drawing, sample or application specification. Feasibility depends on the material, production method, tolerance and order volume.
Film usually refers to thinner flexible material supplied in rolls or cut sheets. The dividing thickness varies by supplier, so specify thickness, tolerance, width, roll length and surface treatment.
FEP and PFA are melt-processable fluoropolymers with strong chemical resistance. FEP is often more flexible and transparent, while PFA is generally preferred at higher temperatures and in demanding high-purity systems. See the FEP material guide.
FEP is a fluoropolymer and may be sold under fluoropolymer trade-name families, but FEP and PTFE are different polymers. Purchase specifications should use the generic material and grade.
Select FEP film by thickness tolerance, width, dielectric performance, surface treatment, winding and cleanliness. Final suitability depends on the complete operating environment and required service life.
Provide nominal thickness, tolerance, roll width, roll length, core size and winding requirement. Slitting yield and edge quality should be agreed for narrow rolls.
Untreated fluoropolymer surfaces are difficult to bond. State the adhesive, lamination process and treated side so surface treatment and handling can be reviewed.
