Industries Served · Automotive & Transportation
Material solutions for friction, fuels, temperature cycling, sealing and electrical insulation.

Industry overview
Automotive and transportation components face lubricants, fuels, heat, road chemicals, pressure cycles, vibration and high production volumes. Wear and sealing performance must remain consistent across a defined service life.
JAIFUXIN manufactures PTFE, filled PTFE, PEEK and PI parts for vehicle systems, production equipment and transportation OEMs. Compound, tolerance and inspection requirements can be matched to prototypes, qualification lots and repeat production.
Engineering priorities
These factors guide the material, grade, product form, manufacturing process and inspection plan.
Check media, additives, temperature and exposure time against the full compound.
Balance friction, wear, heat generation, pressure and counterface finish.
Account for expansion, contraction, creep and retained sealing force.
Control material, tooling, critical dimensions and inspection across batches.
Typical applications
Finished design and material suitability remain application-specific. Use these examples as a sourcing and design starting point.
Filled PTFE parts for hydraulic, pneumatic and suspension-related assemblies.
Custom sealing parts, seats and rings for fluid and thermal-control systems.
Low-friction components for controlled movement and reduced lubrication.
PTFE and PI films, tubing and machined insulators for temperature and voltage protection.
Custom replacement and wear parts for automotive production lines.
Material comparison

Complete operating information reduces assumptions, shortens quotation time and helps identify conflicts between material, geometry and service conditions.
Send Your RequirementsFrequently asked questions
Glass, carbon, graphite, bronze and combined fillers are considered according to load, speed, lubrication, media and counterface. No single filler is best for every system.
PTFE resists many automotive fluids, but additives, temperature, pressure, motion and the selected filler must be checked.
PEEK is used where higher strength, stiffness, wear resistance or temperature capability is required in gears, bearings, valve parts and electrical components.
Prototype and qualification lots can be discussed with the drawing, annual volume, material, inspection plan and required documentation.
Critical dimensions, sampling, measurement conditions and reports should be agreed before production because polymer dimensions can respond to temperature and stress.
PTFE and PI films, tubing and machined insulators can be reviewed for EV equipment. Voltage, temperature, thickness, flammability and applicable standards must be specified.
