Which filled PTFE grade is best for a bearing or guide?

Selection depends on load, speed, counterface, lubrication, temperature and chemical exposure. Glass, carbon, graphite and bronze fillers produce different tradeoffs.

Can JAIFUXIN reverse-engineer a component from a sample?

A sample can support feasibility review, but a controlled drawing with dimensions, tolerances, material and functional requirements is preferred for repeat production.

How tightly can PTFE parts be machined?

Achievable tolerance depends on material, size, geometry, wall thickness, temperature control, stress relief and measurement method. Critical tolerances should be reviewed on the drawing.

When should PEEK be selected instead of PTFE?

PEEK is considered when greater strength, stiffness, dimensional stability or load capacity is required. PTFE generally provides lower friction and broader chemical inertness.

Do you support prototypes before production quantities?

Yes. Prototype and first-article requirements can be agreed before repeat production, including dimensions, appearance, function and inspection documentation.
